Amazing. Not long ago this website had no idea where or what Flatlands was……now HOTD? Very telling indeed.
Bus to train commute of an hour (if everything goes perfectly) and no yard since it’s used as a driveway to the garage. Good working class neighborhood though, for the price you wouldn’t even be able to get a house in a better commute but higher crime area like East New York.
