This is a great house + large two car garage. I went to the first open house last week.
It does need some re-arranging inside and updates, but with high ceilings on all floors including the huge basement and windows on three sides, this is a great space for a live/work + rental income + garages.
There is a similar one on President St listed with Fillmore that also comes with a large garden as well as the garage, it is configured differently. But similar price.
