The rental building with a red racing stripe going up on a wedge-shaped island lot at 281 Union Avenue in Williamsburg looks just about done. The 33 units, which will start at $2,400 a month for a one-bedroom, are supposed to start leasing in April, as Curbed reported earlier this month.

The developer is Alex Brown Realty Inc. and Largo Investments. The architect is MDIM. What do you think of the look of the building?
