Sure, you COULD seal off the open kitchen and turn your dining area into a third bedroom. But then you kind of ruin the kitchen and are left with a rather smaller room to serve as both living and dining room. Nice pad, but needs to drop below the $1m mark.
Then again, 4B sold last August for $1,155,000, which was 10% above ask, so…
bidding war and will go for much higher.
