Parts of the apartment have 20-foot ceilings and there’s a private terrace overlooking the park. The price has not budged since hitting that market 13 months ago for $4,995,000.

5,000 sqft – wonder how many PTAC units you gotta keep running.
That building has always fascinated me. It’s along the BQE near the promenade. I believe it used to be owned by the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Maybe it’s just the ultra-modern decor & finishings, but this place looks WAY too sterile. I can see why it’s languished on the market with that high price tag, for a low floor, yards from the BQE.
