Five-bedroom apartments are pretty hard to come by, so it’s a little surprising that this one at One Brooklyn Bridge Park has sat on the market for over a year. Although only on the second floor, the 5,000-square-foot pad has great views and lotsa light.

Parts of the apartment have 20-foot ceilings and there’s a private terrace overlooking the park. The price has not budged since hitting that market 13 months ago for $4,995,000.

  1. That building has always fascinated me. It’s along the BQE near the promenade. I believe it used to be owned by the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Maybe it’s just the ultra-modern decor & finishings, but this place looks WAY too sterile. I can see why it’s languished on the market with that high price tag, for a low floor, yards from the BQE.
