Triangle Court Almost Done, Retail Coming In

A Pancho Villa and a Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts are going into the retail space at Triangle Court, the new building at 456 Grand Street in East Williamsburg. A teaser site for the 50-unit building went up in May, and there is a banner on the building saying apartments are for rent, but no actual listings are live yet.

The site was formerly a gas station and had to be decontaminated before construction could begin. The building was designed by Dinah Klamert of KOH Architecture.
