We were excited by initial reports that Wythe Hotel architect Morris Adjmi would be designing this six-story condo building planned for a former parking lot in south Williamsburg, but unfortunately it turns out he has no connection to the project. The architect has not yet been disclosed.

Developer Ian Bracha of B+B Capital is planning to build the condos on the vacant lot at 194-196 South 3rd Street near the corner of Roebling, reported Curbed.  However, the address of the building will be 200 South 3rd Street. It will house 45,000 square feet of residential space, indoor parking, 15,000 square feet of community space and possibly an art school.

No DOB permits have been filed for the site since 2006, when plans for a six-story building fell through. Bracha purchased the property last week for $6,500,000, public records show. GMAP
