A five-story apartment building will fill a vacant lot at 435 Central Avenue near Madison Street in Bushwick, according to a new building application filed Monday. The 17-unit building will have 11,792 square feet of residential space and nine underground parking spaces. The development will also have a communal roof terrace.
The 5,400-square-foot property changed hands in August for $630,000, when an individual bought it from a church called the Citadel of Praise and Worship, according to public records. GMAP
