Issac & Stern Architects are designing the 32-unit building with 21,897 square feet of residential space, according to new building applications filed last week. The building will also have 16 underground sparking spaces. St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church sold the property to Brookland Capital’s Boaz Gilad in June for $1,950,000, according to public records. No demolition permits have been filed for the two-story church or its adjacent school building.
