We’re digging the Gothic paneling in the living room above — salvage, we presume. Another plus: All the units in this building come with some kind of outdoor space. Otherwise, this looks like a pretty standard three-family over a commercial unit, currently a bike shop. The only potential drawback we see is that it’s right next to Black Swan, so noise could be an issue. For $1,390,000, does this seem like a good deal?
