Closing Bell: Free Screening of "A Christmas Story" Under the Manhattan Bridge

If you’re willing to brave the cold after sundown tonight, you can head over to Dumbo to watch a free screening of “A Christmas Story” projected onto the Manhattan Bridge. The Dumbo Improvement District is hosting the event at the new Dumbo Firepit at 155 Water Street, which uses “thermoelectric technology to convert heat waste into electricity,” according to the group’s website. There will be showings of the holiday classic at 5 and 6:30 pm tonight.
