It’s been a couple months since we last checked in at the three three-family buildings going up at 260, 262 and 264 Greene Avenue. Windows are now going in, but other than that, there isn’t too much progress evident on the outside of the building. Presumably they’ve been busy with the interiors. The developer is Boaz Gilad’s Brookland Capital.

this photo has got to be a couple of weeks old. scaffolding went up out front around 2 weeks ago, as they’ve been working more on the front exterior. also, last i saw progress on the interior has been slow-going. they seemed to be moving quickly in the beginning, but progress has been very slow the past several months, despite workers being there all the time. typical.
