This lovely one-bedroom in Park Slope is in a classic prewar co-op building a block couple blocksĀ from the park. If you’ve always wanted to live in one of these Park Slope co-ops but don’t have the cash to buy, this rental seems like a nice option. The living room and bedroom both seem fairly large, and there’s a separate dining area. The kitchen has a marble counter, but we don’t see a dishwasher. This building has a part-time doorman, live-in super, basement storage units, on-site laundry and bike storage. What do you think of it for $3,000 a month?

  1. Yeah, it’s a block and a half from Grand Army Plaza, but that’s not to be confused with Prospect Park. That’s how it is in North Slope, though (i.e. north of Union Street). Those streets aren’t off the Park. Best location is off PPW in Park Slope (i.e. south of Union Street down to 14th) = Center Slope. This place should rent quickly anyway, though, it’s pretty nice.
