Brookland Capital’s Boaz Gilad is continuing his development spree on Bergen Street in Prospect Heights with two new buildings at 735 and 737 Bergen Street between Washington and Underhill. Issac and Stern Architects just filed new building applications for two five-story buildings, with eight and nine units respectively, both zoned for 6,200 square feet of residential space.

We last wrote about this site in May when the rundown brick building there was demolished, and the previous developer had plans for a six-story, 10-unit development that were disapproved in June. It looks like Gilad bought the property for $3,135,000 in August under the name Bergen Upreal LLC, according to PropertyShark.
