388-bridge-street-102313

Now that the exterior of 388 Bridge Street has topped off, a teaser site has gone up for the building, which is, for the moment at least, Brooklyn’s tallest. Naturally, the site touts the views. Units will range from studios to four-bedrooms and offer “high ceilings, expansive windows and designer hardware,” according to the copy.

There will be a “rooftop viewing terrace” and a 46th-floor Sky Lounge, from which residents can see the Statue of Liberty and “Empire State and Chrysler Buildings light up at night.” Other amenities will include a fifth-floor terrace with playground and BBQ area, a media room, lounge, children’s playroom, and fitness area. The Manhattan Athletic Club will be located in the building.

As previously reported, the 53-story tower will be a condo-rental hybrid with affordable and market-rate units. It will have 234 apartments and 144 condos. Stahl Real Estate is the developer.

  1. And while the people are up there on their roof deck admiring the skyline, I’m sure they will be pleased & happy to hear the “roar” and “screams” of jets flying to LaGuardia airport every 30 seconds apart at about 2500 feet in the air, all day long from 7am till midnight. yeah, that sounds really good.

and don’t make fun of me, becuse this happens everyday.
