Rental of the Day: 1265 Eastern Parkway, #2

Today’s ROTD occupies a quaint Victorian-style freestanding house with a wrap-around porch in eastern Crown Heights. This three-bedroom, one-bath apartment occupies the second floor of the 2.5-story house and seems relatively spacious at 1,100 square feet. The kitchen looks decent but small, and the bathroom is unfortunately not pictured. However, there’s lots of closet space and a front yard big enough for barbecuing. And renters can park in a garage and an outdoor driveway for a “small additional monthly fee.” For $2,500, it seems like a reasonably priced share apartment, and it’s only two blocks from the 3 and 4 trains at Utica. What do you think of the price for three bedrooms east of Utica?
