RE 15th Street: Have mediocre properties in the South Slope actually topped $1000/sf?
15th street is nice, although I wouldn’t love the huge building casting a shadow over the backyard. For about the same price South Eliot is better if you want to cost off-set of a rental unit. If I could afford it, though, I’d rather not have people living above my bedroom (as I do now).
