It currently has two occupants and will be delivered vacant with surrender agreements, but the buyer is responsible for obtaining certificates of non-harrassment, according to the listing. In 2005, it was on the market for $4,265,000; in 2011 for $2,799,750, and in August they were asking $3,500,000. At the current price of $3,300,000, do you think it’s appealing?

This house is now listed at $6.2…..who on earth would pay that price for this house? It just sold for $3.2 less than a year ago and no work was done to the house.
If all cash is the case, add in time for Landmarks approval for work plus the certs of non-harassment….big barrel o’ headaches, in my opinion.
