Small 'Burg Rental Development Launches

AptsandLofts.com has just launched leasing at a recently completed four-story, seven-unit building in Williamsburg near the BQE and Greenpoint. Six of the units at 123 Kingsland Avenue are one-bedroom, one-bath apartments priced from $2,350 to $2,675 a month. There’s also one three-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit asking $5,000 a month. Every apartment has a balcony, central air, and a washer/dryer. It’s a block from the BQE and far from the subway — the closest subway stop is the Graham Avenue L, more than eight blocks away. What do you think of the finishes, price and location? GMAP
