This three-bedroom, two-bath duplex apartment in a Stuyvesant Heights brownstone has been renovated but still has some interesting prewar features. There are two decorative fireplaces, a small backyard and an office space. The listing claims all three bedrooms are big enough for king-size beds. The kitchen has new appliances and tile and seems spacious enough to actually fit a small dining table (it’s also open to the living room). The location is pretty good, with only a four-block walk to the A and C trains at Utica Avenue. On the con side, one of the bathrooms looks like it might be unusually narrow.
