90-8th-avenue-090313

A Park Slope co-op asking $1,800,000 is in contract, an agent told us. It’s the biggest deal to date at the building, 90 8th Avenue, known as The President. The unit in question is a classic 7 with four bedrooms in estate condition. The full-service building was built in 1927. To put the price in perspective, some condos at the Edge and Two Northside Piers in Williamsburg have recently sold for as much $3,200,000. A penthouse in Dumbo’s Clocktower building is on the market for $18,000,000.

  1. well at least it is nice to know that someone that bought this had enough sense to realize the space and layout that they didn’t need it to be staged…..

the appearance couldnt get any worse than it is now.

    obviously a full gut job.
