The unit in question is a classic 7 with four bedrooms in estate condition. The full-service building was built in 1927. To put the price in perspective, some condos at the Edge and Two Northside Piers in Williamsburg have recently sold for as much $3,200,000. A penthouse in Dumbo’s Clocktower building is on the market for $18,000,000.
