Second Pearl Street Townhouse on Market for Almost $1 Million More

The first of the Pearl Street townhouses to go on the market is now under contract, and Sotheby’s has a new listing up for 175 Pearl Street. The first one was priced at $4,100,000, and the second one is $4,950,00. That’s a climb of $850,000. Construction is supposed to begin any day now. Update: The agent told us that two other Pearl Street townhouses were on the market for $4,300,000 and $4,500,000; they are also in contract. One left to go.
