Looks to me like Christopher Papa butchered Meshberg Group’s 174 Jackson Street designs. It will be interesting to see the layouts.
Agree…rendering looks great but lets wait until we see the finished product. It does have a Meshberg vibe to it(perhaps the windows)
OMG, that’s a nice looking building.
I like it. I am sure though the layouts will be terrible, but never the less, it looks nice from the outside.
