Chabba Family Grill & Cuisine is moving into the old Bukhara space, at 786 Coney Island Avenue. Bukhara was closed not long ago by the City Marshall. This new restaurant should open any day now. Tribeca Pediatrics signed a lease at 722 Coney Island Avenue, between Avenue C and Cortelyou Road. Ditmas Park Corner expects it will open early next year.
A fresh, sustainable fish store is opening at the old Chinese restaurant on Vanderbilt Avenue, next to Joyce Bake Shop.
