The photo above may show what appears to be an old townhouse coming down at 67 Greene Avenue in Fort Greene, but it is actually a new townhouse going into a long-empty lot. Plans were filed for a new three-family home back in 2007, but construction never materialized. The lot sold in 2007 for $257,000 and then sold to an LLC last year for $750,000. The design was approved by Landmarks in 2008, then approved again late last year when Rachel Frankel Architecture moved the stoop and altered the first-floor lintels. The building will be 4,648 square feet and four stories, with two units. Click through to the jump to see how the finished house will look.
