Five units in the brownstone to condo conversion at 364 Union Street in Carroll Gardens went on the market yesterday, as Curbed was the first to note, and asking prices seem to have risen since the developer released the floor plans in March. The developer, East River Partners, had said a garden duplex and four three-bedrooms would go for $1,150,000 to $1,600,000. But now the 2,200-square-foot duplex with garden is listed at $2,095,000, and the four identical floor-through three-bedroom, two-bath apartments are priced at $1,525,000, $1,545,000, and $1,565,000.
