We’re liking the old parquet floors and the corner location (and light and windows that come with it), though we could do without the recessed lighting in the living area; the kitchen has been redone recently as well. Overall, very nice place, and one that we expect will move quickly.

Re: the catch…..does this corner unit look out over the bqe?? I know one of these grace court buildings is practically in the right hand lane…..
Or at least, fairly priced. It’s small. But the street it beautiful
