Signage is up at the future home of Bed-Stuy Fresh and Local, at 210 Patchen Avenue. When we stopped by recently, the gate was up and they were hard at work building out the inside. Co-founder Dylan Ricards, above, said they are on track for a mid-October opening. They have an architect, and friends are helping to build the interior furniture.
