Over the weekend Halstead launched leasing at 373 Wythe Avenue, now known as The Williamsburg. The 11-story development holds 88 rental units, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedrooms. Prices start at $2,290 and go up to $3,950 a month. All the first floor apartments come with private terraces, while all units have bamboo floors and sound-proof double paned windows. Amenities include two common courtyards, a fitness center, a part-time doorman, bike storage, and on-site parking. And according to the leasing agent, “The building is anticipating Silver LEED certification and was constructed with recycled and regional resources and low-e materials.” This development has been in the works since 2008. Construction wrapped up earlier this year.
