66 Rockwell Place (previously known as 29 Flatbush Avenue) is this close to launching leasing. A teaser website’s up that just says “opening soon.” The tower will hold 327 rental apartments, 20 percent of which will be affordable. The developers started accepting applications for the affordable units this spring. Looks like they are on track to begin leasing the market rate units this summer, which has long been the ETA.
