Hello Living Plans Another in Prospect Lefferts Gardens!

Just a week after developer Hello Living announced its first Prospect Lefferts Gardens development on New York Avenue, The Q at Parkside dug up plans for yet another development in the area. This one’s at 271 Lenox Road, between Nostrand and Rogers. According to the development brochure, Hello Living is planning a 15-story high rise with 56 two-bedroom condo units. It’ll also come with 32 parking spaces, two private elevators that open directly into units, private terraces, and a gym. Above, a rendering of the terrace space by Loadingdock5 Architects. Hello Living also plans to sell units through the “Owner’s Club,” a pre-purchasing program where buyers become shareholders in the operating LLC and receive the title of the units upon completion of the development.

Hello Living slowed down development for the past few years but they seem to be back in full force. Just to keep track, they will market units at 618 Washington soon; the development at 834 Sterling Place is shooting up; and they recently closed on the empty lot at 651 New York Avenue.
