This morning the Wall Street Journal profiled nine constructed and to-be constructed residential towers in Downtown Brooklyn, and now you can add another to the list. Signage just went up at 319 Schermerhorn Street, on the corner of Nevins, for a 20-story residential building. The architect on record is Edward Rory McGinnis. The DOB issued new building permits in May and the building ETA is December of 2014. This morning, construction was well underway. The lot sold in February for $10,765,364. It’s right across the street from the Nevins Hotel, now under construction, and the Holiday Inn, also under construction.
