This two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental comes from the Park Circle condo building at 346 Ocean Avenue, right off the park. The listing says it’s 1,183 square feet, but the rooms look a little cramped in the photos. Otherwise, the finishes are nice and shiny. There are also two private balconies. Asking rent comes in at $3,250 a month. For the condo space, and the park access, think that’s about right?

  1. Let’s see if they’ll accept a Black resident. Hasidic Jews practice housing discrimination every chance they get. They won’t allow Black tenants or buyers to live among them (they do allow Mexicans though). If they rent or sell to Black people it’s only in a Black neighborhood. And the unit is usually poorly constructed. Even the projects where Jews live are segregatex

  2. This is not in Windsor Terrace. This is in Kensington although some realtors are trying to convince the newcomers otherwise, and that rent is absolutely absurd. You have to cross the traffic circle into Windsor Terrace to get to the stores and train or you could walk down the block to the gas stations and dunkin donuts if that’s your cup of tea.
