Bigger pictures would be helpful, but it looks like this FSBO row house in Clinton Hill has some very attractive details, including inlaid and diagonal floors, moldings, and marble mantels. The garden also looks appealing — what we can see of it, that is. This was an Open House pick back in 2010, when they were asking $1,325,000. It eventually sold for $1,150,000 in October. The new ask is $2,395,000. Do you think the market has moved that quickly?
