Whoa, dig the ’70s flashback in this sprawling Crown Heights Victorian! We particularly like the wallpaper and the moldings in the rear parlor. And although it could use a few touchups — some skim coating, for one — the parlor floor looks to be in good condition. We’re guessing the ground floor, which used to be a doctor’s office, and the bathrooms and kitchen need a complete overhaul, though, since there are no photos in the listing. For $949,500, do you think it’s an appealing property?

This is a lovely block of unique houses, most of them are all single
family houses, all have parking in the rear. I used to visit this
house as a child it is a fabulous house, yes I am sure it needs some
updating, new kitchen etc but this is a great block in a wonderful
hidden location with great neighbors, I just wish I could buy there!
