We stopped by 88 Richardson Street the other day and sure enough, it is going to be a residential building, designed by none other than Karl Fischer, even though it faces the BQE. They are busy at work on the foundation right now. There will be seven stories and 188 units. Above is a zoning diagram of the building. This is the former site of the Meeker Flea that traded for $18,000,000 last year. It is now going by two addresses: 395 Leonard Street and 59 Frost Street. Both are now a single zoning lot with two separate new building applications.  The developer is Brooklyn-based Rabsky Development. Click through to the jump to see the construction in progress.
