The three-bedroom pad is super charming (love that corner bay window off the living room!) and comes with a private roof deck with killer views. I don’t mind the 1 bathroom. I have been in an apt. w/ 4 people and 1 bathroom for many years. For us it’s no big deal, it’s just city life (or maybe we just aren’t “bathroom loungers”) but what part of this apt. that would be a big deal to my family is the fact that the kitchen is so far away from the dining room / living room and is only convenient to the bedrooms. huh? Also I don’t mind walking up a flight or even two but three flights (& I’ve lived on a 3rd floor walk-up) is where I have to draw the line. Ugh!
