Conversion for Large Gowanus Industrial Building?

The Real Deal noted that a development group has rented a warehouse in Gowanus for 49 years. “Boymulgreen of 255 Butler Street Associates LLC plans a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of the multi-story Gowanus site,” which is a few blocks from the forthcoming Whole Foods market and the Lightstone Group’s 700-unit rental complex, said the story. The Real Deal doesn’t come right out and say it, but it sounds as though Boymulgreen hopes to convert the building into apartments.
