Balconies Appear at 618 Washington Avenue

The new Hello Living development at 618 Washington Avenue, on the corner of Pacific Street, has really been coming together as of late. A rendering never emerged for this one, so all those balconies up there took us by surprise. There’s also no word yet whether this will go rental or condo, but the website says it’ll be called HELLOWashington. Construction started up on the 11-unit building last summer.
