204 Wythe Avenue, Under Construction

Yesterday, a fresh rendering and details of the new rental building at 204 Wythe Avenue popped up. We knew the Williamsburg development was slated for a summer completion, but we didn’t have a recent photo of the construction site. A helpful tipster sent the above image, showing that the building facade is almost done. Once finished, this build will have 229 residential units and 7,500 square feet of ground floor retail space.
