House of the Day: 317 13th Street

This isn’t the most inspiring property we’ve seen recently — it seems to have been Home Depot-fied at some point —  but it seems relatively affordable for the area. If our calculations are correct, it clocks in at under $800 per square foot. If the underlying mechanicals are sound, it would be fairly easy to switch out the kitchen, although the doors are not as easy to restore. What do you think of it for $1,495,000?
