This one-bedroom (sort of a two-bedroom but not really) at 185 Clinton Avenue is a nice ’40s apartment, long on sturdiness and short on frills, just as you’d expect from a pad in the Clinton Hill Co-ops. This one’s nicely located at the corner of Lafayette and on the 8th floor, so views and light are great. The kitchen finishes are pretty perfunctory but appear to be in fine shape.
