The second annual Food Book Fair is hitting Williamsburg in early May, from the 3rd to the 5th to be exact. The fair features 10 cooking demos, six panel discussions, a tasting event, and more than 200 foodie books on display at the Wythe Hotel and the Brooklyn Kitchen. Check out the schedule here. Guests include food author Marion Nestle, chef Nate Appleman, and Food52 founder Merrill Stubbs. And the programs include a Coffee Crawl, a fundraiser at the Brooklyn Winery for Hurricane Sandy, and a talk by the folks behind Fleisher’s Meats. Bon Appétit Editor in Chief Adam Rapoport will even be grilling ribs at Smorgasburg Saturday. You can purchase tickets to specific programs, or the entire three-day festival, here.
