Rental of the Day: 577 Carlton Avenue

The townhouse at 577 Carlton Avenue is one of our favorite buildings in all of Prospect Heights, and the whole shebang is now up for rent. The interior of the four-story home is pretty funky, but it’s also full of classic detail like woodburning fireplaces, stained glass and wainscoting. We just wish there were more pictures. It’s all asking $8,500 a month, which comes in a little cheaper than other townhouse rentals available in desirable locations.
