"Girls" Tourists Descend on Greenpoint

Uh-oh. Seems like “Girls” is doing for Greenpoint what “Sex and the City” did for the West Village. Tourists from as far away as Australia are flocking to Cafe Grumpy, above, to see where Lena Dunham’s character works as a barista, according to a story in Crain’s. Here’s hoping the show doesn’t feature Peter Pan anytime soon; it’s already hard enough to snag a donut there before they sell out. Can you imagine a Marc Jacobs store across the way on Manhattan Avenue?
