This new listing at 273 6th Avenue in Park Slope is one of the nicer floor-through apartments we’ve seen in a long time. There’s lots of beautiful original woodwork, a new kitchen and a lovely private roof deck one flight up. That’s the good news. The bad news is that it’s a walkup, and the asking price of $1,550,000 is well over the $1,000-a-foot threshold. (The listing doesn’t provide exact square footage but we’re guessing the interior comes to about 1,200 square feet.) The monthly maintenance is very low, though, at $735 and you also get some storage space in the basement. Think this price is attainable?
