Check out this interactive map of all the new buildings of more than 19 units going up all over Brooklyn. It was created by Kael Goodman, founder and chief executive officer of BlankSlate, which handles sales and technology for Brownstoner, based on the info in a chart from The Real Deal.

  1. Kael and Brownstoner, a humble request to only include buildings where permits and approvals have been approved. In the case of the Lightstone project on 363 Bond street, city planning has not yet passed this approval to modify the site and even our local councilman Brad Lander has asked city planning to deny the developer a variance (because they have asked for an approval via a backdoor procedure that doens’t exist in city charter.) Locals also hope this building is denied because its being dumbly proposed in a toxic flood zone. So by listing this as a project, you seem to be endorsing the inexorable march of development and Brownstoner has always been fair player to developers and preservationists.
    Thanks for the consideration.
