The price boom may be on in Crown Heights too, if the recent sale of 834 Lincoln Place is any indication. The renovated townhouse, which retains plenty of historic detail, closed forĀ $1.375 million, 10 percent more than its asking price, Curbed reported. This is the kind of pattern we’re getting used to seeing over in nearby Bed Stuy as of late. It’s not a record for the neighborhood, though — although it might be the highest price for a single-family home there, according to Curbed.
