It’s always fun to see how an actual building compares to its rendering when all is said and done. In the case of 373 Wythe Avenue, a 13-story, 84-unit residential development at the base of the Williamsburg Bridge, the answer is not so much. But, to be fair, there’s been plenty of time for the design to evolve: Demo started way back in 2008. The building looks like pretty standard fare, other than the stone around the entryway, which looks accidental and out of place. How did that happen?
