482 7th Street looks pretty nice from the outside, one in a row of stately Park Slope brownstones. So the recently renovated interior is something of a disappointment, especially give the asking price of $3,200,000. The four-story house was recently renovated top to bottom but the result, in our opinion, is lacking in any sort of character, almost as if someone with no appreciation for old houses bought the place in 2011 for $1,600,000 and then gutted it. Oh wait, that’s actually what happened.

  1. yeah, this is one from the administrator auction. i went to the open house and saw the inside pre-renovation. it was in pretty bad condition without any original detail that could be saved. i think it was always a three family house.
